Here Come the Babies Named Barack!
I have been reading about a lot of newborns being named Barack recently, but the most interesting story to me was the about the twins named Barack and Michelle. While these adorable twins might not become politcal candidates any time soon, they are perfect candidates for a Graco double stroller as they campaign on a platform of less dirty diapers. Now that is change to believe in!

Baby Bling for Celebutots
The Jennifer Aniston pregnancy news inspired me to do some research on baby bling worthy of kids born with a squadron of paparazzi assigned to them. Here are some of my fabulous finds:

Jennifer Anniston Pregnant with Twins
Star Magazine reports Jennifer Aniston is pregnant with twins after eating cassava root and undergoing fertility treatments. Congratulations Jennifer!
I can’t wait to see what great baby gear Jennifer gets for her bundles of joy. I am envisioning a blinged out double jogging stroller, some cashmere diapers and GPS-enabled baby monitors for the nursery. I also wonder if she’ll negotiate a hefty paycheck for her babies’ first photos, like some other celebs have. It should be interesting to say the least. This is one developing story that I definitely will be following for the next several months. ![]()

It’s Time to Vote, Baby, Vote!
Today was definitely a first in my long experience as a voter. The turnout was amazing, which meant a very long line, but nobody seemed to mind to much. If anything, the general mood was pretty jovial and maybe even a little festive. There were a few little ones hanging out in Graco baby strollers wearing “I Voted” stickers, and one little boy was jumping around and telling everyone he “voted” for “O-O-O.” He sounded like Santa and it was pretty cute all around.
I hope everyone exercises their right, privilege and responsibility and makes it to the polls today to cast their vote. For some inspiration to brave the long lines, here are some funny baby clothes:
The Sarah Palin onesie is still one of my favorites from my earlier post on Infants in Politics.

Ambitious youngsters can challenge the status quo with the Me for President t-shirt.
Little Anarchists can stir things up in the Question Authority baby dress.

Strolling in Style: Quinny Penguin Footmuff
Stroller Month may be over, but this adorable Penguin Footmuff by Quinny is a good reason to think a little more about my perennial favorite, jogger strollers. With winter right around the corner, the Penguin Footmuff provides assurance that baby will be comfortably and stylishly bundled against the elements while mom or dad goes for their jog. I only wish they came in adult size, because the I think I would love to take a nap in Penguin Footmuff.

Stroller Month Concludes
Well, it’s been a heck of a ride, but today is the official end of Stroller Month. Don’t worry, though, because I am sure you will be reading about more strollers on Baby Blog Blog in the future.
I have chosen Graco Double Strollers as the finale to Stroller Month because they are great looking, durable, and because I have a weird attraction to double strollers. I can’t explain it; they just look so cool.

Sarah Palin Baby Mama Drama
Ok, this election is just getting downright weird. First we have a VP candidate running just months after the birth of her special needs child. That has never happened before. Then we learn that this same candidate also has a 17 year old pregnant daughter. I don’t think that has happened before, at least not in a modern election.
And now this election campaign takes an even stranger twist. It seems a plot that may rival a Desperate Housewives story line ties these two children together in a way never before seen in American politics. Did Sarah Palin pull a Bree and stuff a pillow in her shirt to cover up her daughter’s pregnancy?
I guess time will only tell what the truth of the matter is, but one fact remains: the Palins are people who need lots of baby gear. So, I’d like to introduce them to today’s Stroller of the Day: the Combi Double Stroller. Combi strollers like the Counterpart 2 double stroller have large canopies to keep all that Alaska snow off of babies’ faces and rear wheel shock absorption for smooth rides on country roads. A great stroller to face the wilds with!

Amy Poehler Has A Boy!
America’s favortite pregnant comedy rapper, Amy Poehler, gave birth to a baby boy named Archie last week. In honor of their joyous event, I am dedicating today’s Stroller of the Day to Archie Arnett. I think Archie would look super stylish and feel snug as a bug in the Evenflo Journey Premier Stroller.
The great thing about Evenflo strollers, in addition to the fact that they exceed federal safety standards and are the #1 rated stroller by a consumer magazine, is that they are very lightweight and have easy one hand folding. Makes it easier for everyone to keep smiling!
Congrats and best wishes to the happy family! Welcome Archie!

With all the depressing economic news these days, many people are looking for bargains everywhere. When it comes to baby strollers, though, parents still want great safety at a great price. The solution is the Fisher-Price stroller. With plenty of stroller models priced to move at less than $100, Fisher-Price strollers are a great bargain for cost-conscious families. So, without further ado, I hereby declare the Fisher-Price stroller the Stroller of the Day.

Stroller of the Day: Peg Perego Double Stroller
My apologies for slacking on the “Stroller of the Day” for a bit, but I have been super busy offline trying to get ready for Halloween. But, fret not: today’s Stroller of the Day is the Peg Perego double stroller.
In addition to looking great, this Peg Perego stroller is durable, safe and lightweight. Plus, it has one hand folding, and it’s easy to get the kids in and out of the seats. A great stroller for siblings!
