Blog Contest - Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

• Photo caption contest runs from May 13, 2008 until June 4th, 2008. Winner will be announced on Baby Blog Blog on June 6th, 2008. Winner will be contacted by email for shipping instructions.
• Multiple comments per user are allowed, but winner will be judged on the quality of the best single comment.

Sponsor: Baby Blog Blog and Rockabye Baby!

Eligibility: All US residents aged 18 and older are eligible to enter.

How to Enter: Enter anytime between noon on May 15th, 2008 until midnight on June 4th, 2008. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE COMPLETED BY JUNE 4, 2008. general entry guidelines)

Judging: Funniest comment will be chosen by me. I play fair; therefore, all my friends, family members and co-workers may participate in the contest but are ineligible for the grand prize.

Prize: One (1) Rockabye Baby! CD: Lullabye Renditions of The Pixies. The prize is not transferable or convertible to cash.

Conditions: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Baby Blog Blog / Rockabye Baby! Photo Caption Contest is open to legal residents of the continental United States aged 18 and older.

Limitations of Liability: Sponsor and its agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, and advertising and promotion agencies are not in any way responsible or liable for altered, late, lost, damaged, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete entries, or human, telephone, computer, or technical malfunctions or failures (including network unavailability and disconnections). Sponsor is not liable for undelivered prizes due to incomplete or inaccurate email or physical address information. In addition, Sponsor is not liable for any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant’s computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the competition or use of the Grand Prize or other prizes. By entering this competition, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless, Sponsor, each of their related companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the competition or receipt or use of any prize.

Use of Competition Information/Privacy: Winner agrees that Baby Blog Blog may publish winning entry and link to winner’s web site on Baby Blog Blog’s web site. In addition, Baby Blog Blog reserves the right to use all information, including information on entrants obtained through the competition, in accordance with Baby Blog Blog’s privacy policy.

Additional Terms: Any and all disputes relating to this Promotion or any prize shall be subject to the internal laws of the State of California and exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California. Void where prohibited by law.
